A 'No Kill' shelter does not euthanize to make space nor do they limit the amount of time an animal can stay at the facility.  A 'No Kill' shelter's goal to fully utilize Foster Care, Adoption and Spay/Neuter as their community's animal population control - not euthanasia.

SAVED - NKWC is proud to announce that Angel Paws Rescue has agreed to take Carlene and her death sentence has been lifted. The tireless efforts of our No Kill advocates pays off, again. Please help support our community rescues. Without them, more animals like Carlene will be deemed 'not the most marketable' by our shelters and will die needlessly.
